Headlight/HALO/FOG/DRL operation & ORACLE halo wiring options

I am preparing to install headlight and fog(DRL) halos in my ZL1. I have front bumper off and headlights out. Now I am wishing I would have done some testing and figured out exactly how the headlight switch operates everything so I can decide how I want to wire my halos, BUT I cant due to the fact I tore everything apart already so instead of retrofitting everything back on, thought id get some advice here.

My main problem is trying to decide on how to wire the halos. From what I have gathered in all of my research, I have many options.

First of all, my halos are RED. I do not believe that it is legal to have on all the time say if I wired them to come on with my headlights. But, it is not my daily driver, so I am not too concerned about this. I also have the ORACLE multifunction remote as an option, and I have a grille light led strip I want to install in addition to the fog and headlight halos.

SO, What do you all suggest with wiring options.

#1- wire the headlight and fog light halos to one channel on the multifunction remote and the grille light to the other channel? Or have them all on one channel?

I know a lot of this is personal preference, but I just cant figure out what I should do. My concern for #1 is when I am driving, I decide I want my halos on. How do I know they are on the setting I think I am choosing without getting out and looking to make sure they aren't flashing red like an emergency vehicle or something? (the multifunction remote has multiple settings for flashing and breathing function etc...)

#2 - Wire the headlight and fog halos to the factory headlight switch? Which brings up one of the above questions on when exactly the halos are on? Would I be able to just have the HALOS on without the HID's? Would I be able to just have the HID's on without the HALOS? How does it look with the red halos in both headlight and DRL's, HID's, Fogs & DRL's on at the same time? Anyone have a pic of all thoses lights on at the same time? just wondering if it looks silly with the red halos? or if it looks awesome? haha

After writing this out, I think I am leaning toward #2 as I would like to use as much OEM switches to function my aftermarket lighting, If u know what I mean.....

I have gone through many other threads trying to figure this out, If anyone has some advice for me, I would greatly appreciate it!
for the long ass post........

I'm pretty sure it goes something like this.

DRL and Headlights will never be on together
Halos can only be on with headlights or fogs
Neither Headlights nor fogs can be on without Halos
DRLs and Fogs can be on together with halos
Headlights and fogs can be on together with halos

Daytime Auto = DRL on, Foglights off, Halo off, Headlights off
Daytime Auto with Foglights = DRL on, Foglights on Halo on, Headlights off
Daytime Manual = DRL off, Foglights off, Halo off, Headlights off
Daytime Manual with Foglights = DRL off, Foglights on, Halo on, Headlights off

Nighttime Auto = DRL off, Foglights off, Halo on, Headlights on
Nighttime Auto with Foglights= DRL off, Foglights on, Halo on, Headlights on
Nighttime Manual = DRL off, Foglights off, Halo on, Headlights on
Nighttime Manual with Foglights = DRL off, Foglights on, Halo on, Headlights on

So, I'm seeing the occasional Gen 5 Camaro with just the Halos on during the day - is that via some re-wiring or special harness then?

I would prefer to use my halos as DRLs but have not been able to figure that out. Apparently it is not possible if the wiring is stock as mine is?

The most functional product in this category is as follows, and provides total control of all lights except the fogs which are still controlled by the stock switch.

I believe this is now a "part-time" business but the product may still be available. There are couple of versions, and I bought the following which works perfectly.

Lite-Right All-In-One Harness / LED Sidemarker version with ZL1 option
