12 and 13's up in vaule
With the refinements like the on the 12 and 13 ss will the ones left stock go up in value on account the were only a 2 year run on with the tweeks before the 14 refresh....not to leave out the 10 or 11 cars.
I wounder if this may be a reason to keep the car stock |

I doubt it. If anything, the value will go down due to the surplus from everyone trading theirs in for a '14.

Don't count on it. It takes several years for cars to go back up in value if they ever do.

They are not gonna make that many Z/28's, and that is the only ones that will sell well.

Stock is always better, particularly in the long term. Due to the subtle changes on the 2012-13 model years, they likely will not carry the same level of interest as the 2010-11 and 2014 model years. I also think it will take a number of years to see any difference in value.

I doubt it. They'll sell like hotcakes simply because they are the latest and greatest thing that everyone's "gotta have." People will always have that craving, whether it's cars, phones, electronics, etc...the same principles apply. Keep in mind too that you're posting on a forum where people regularly trade in their '11 for a '12, '12 for a '13, '13 SS for a '13 ZL1...and so on. Doing that is normally a financial nightmare, but people still do it to feed that craving for more.

But of all the cars traded. How many will be modded and or converted...more over how many or few would not been daily drivers and keep show room ... this is kinda what i been thinking about

If that's the mentality then everyone with rally yellow, IOM, and victory red should just keep their cars in a bubble since those colors were just discontinued. I don't mean to be rude but in my opinion the only 5th gen camaros that will have any value in the future will be ones like the 12 ZL1s and the new 14 Z/28 where many will not be made

I'm keeping mine, and possibly get a 2014 V8. The older V6 will be the more desirable collectible.
