So sorry your baby had this happen to her. Look for the silver lining that she went out doing what she was meant to do: be driven. I hope the insurance helps get you back into a new one ASAP. Make sure if it's repaired to go after depreciated value (if offered in state) and actual replacement costs when it goes to court. You seem to be ok, proving how safe our cars are, but I cringe knowing another beauty won't be driving on our roads.

Keep your fingers crossed. I was t-boned this February in my 2011 1lt. The car was solid as a tank and I left the accident with only a sore pinky finger (from the airbag hitting my hand when deployed). The good news was the insurance decided it was a write off and I was able to promptly upgrade to my current 2013 2SS. Looking at the pictures, your car looks in way worse shape than mine was so hopefully you'll be sporting a new ride before you know it. Start your shopping!

Hope you get her back soon!! It's a good thing you didn't get hurt. I really can't understand some of these dumb ass comments. This should be a place you can come to and get a little sympathy for horrible event! Best of luck and keep us updated!

I got T-boned HARD into a pole and spun around a couple times, no injuries aside from whiplash, modern safety features are bomb- glad I didn't buy the '85 IROC I was looking at. Immediately bought another black '14. No way in hell I was going back to vehicular compromise.

How long did you have your car before you got totaled?

Sorry to hear about your accident but glad no one was serioiusly hurt. Hopefully with the claims you can get back into another Camaro, even though it wont be the same.

If it was their fault, get an attorney though. Your claims will be MUCH better.
