This is what I was referring to. Its OK if mounted to the floor, but I'm sure they are supposed to go over the bar/cage first.

I didn't pay much attention until now thanks so much for bringing it up . I will tell the shop about it and they can fix it . I'm going back there soon for some other upgrades.

Thanks for the picture

They are a pain in the but to get in and out. Plus I lowered the car so that makes it a bit worse. And it takes times to attach the 6 point harness but compared to stock seats I know it will sound weird but they are actually very very comfortable to me more than my leather oem seat. I can't recline the angle , but I ca slide the seat back and forth and I can adjust the height.

I really like them .

Cool, yeah like I mentioned before I just don't want someone getting hurt, hope its not a big deal...but they should know this if they are a "race" shop. The only reason I found out is I was debating what to do with mine as the stock seats are great for the street or cruising around but terrible for track days or aggressive maneuvers. Have fun with the car, I'm sure you will enjoy it when you do get to the track.

The side benefit to leaving the rear seat in is it keep interior noise down some. I pulled mine and put in the seat delete kit and was sort of surprised by the difference. If racing then noise is no big deal but if cruising or spending any amount of time in it there's a difference.

So for now the seat is reinstalled but installing a 4-point with Sparcos & harnesses has been on my short list since buying the car.

THAT IS BAD ASS!!, I am thinking about doing my interior the same way you have done yours. Is there any advice you would give anyone that is getting ready to do this mod? Thanks a lot
