I can confirm as well that Serra Whelan has some out front every time I pass by as well. Adam is the salesman that took care of mine. He is the resident Camaro expert!

Yes but there are no 1SS in riptide blue in inventory in all of GM. At least they have 3 2SS, but all with auto trans I think.

Well I tentatively snagged a Riptide Blue in transit, but I’m not going to hold my breath until I’m driving off the lot with it.

MD/DE Eastern Shore, Today took my car to First State Chevy DE for my 1500 MI free oil change. Also, I had them install factory splash guards for 150.00. Well, while waiting I spied a riptide LT1 a black LT1 and one convertible. All at MSRP. So out comes my Camaro and the dealer sent me off with no charge for the guards install. So, if you're looking for the above give them a shout. I did not purchase there, but parts and service are tax free.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, they came in gloss black. I sanded them with 600 grit paper, decontaminated them and hung them up. I used a tack paint primer, then used Behr sating flat black paint on all four multiple coats.
Last I used Behr satin flat clearcoat multiple coatings. I only went sating black B/c of the VOM, they look great and the provide great coverage. They do not stick out like the ZL1's add Ons I've seen. PM if you want some pix! I am very happy with the factory splash guards!

Hi Guy's, New to the site. Listen, I put my order in for 2024 Vivid Orange ZL1 w/6M, not 1le with alot of upgrades, 1st of Sept. GM site says dealer submitted but not accepted. Dealer giving no answers...Live in Houston and its a really big dealership. Found a 2024 Camaro 2SS Panther edition (Collectors Edition) and put a deposit. Am I out of luck for the ZL1 and go with 2SS Panther or hold off.. I will need to make a decision soon as the 2SS is in 4300..and what do you think about the 2SS Collecctors Edition. Thanks so much! Desert Storm vet here, God bless us all!!

Also, would you do any mods to a 2SS Collector's Edition? Thanks so much

At this point, I'd go with the one that's a sure thing. Final allocations came out yesterday. It's possible an allocation goes unclaimed and something pops up between now and Tuesday, but I wouldn't count on it. Based on Gearhead's posts I think that's what happened for me. I got a call on a Tuesday that my dealer had an allocation.
