Add one more to this class. I am hoping to just make a pass or two each day. Not looking for any great times, just want to get down the quarter and not break anything, including the old and slow driver.

Maybe we need to get together and work this out on the race track. Than they don't line us up with seasoned racers.

From a little in the past: You can watch the other driver leave. It is OK. It will just show your reaction time as 10 or 20 seconds. You still can get your time and trap speed. You can then just add a normal reaction time and you have a good guess at what you can do.

In some test and tunes in the past, I've had dragsters pull up next to me. I just let 'em have their run and then I'd give my pass a try. Takes the pressure off and is actually a little easier on the mind,

Basic NHRA rules i'd assume long pants, shoes, certified SA2005+ helmet car in good working order. Not sure on the roll cage and harness rules for you heavily upgraded SS guys though.

Trent yes we will be bringing the turbo six car. I am putting a motor together as we speak. I broke a spark plug on the run that was videoed and it damaged a piston and crushed a ring land . I decided to build a complete new motor with different heads, cams, rods and pistons. We will be there with 3 v-6 cars looking forward to meeting you and some the rest of the v-6 guys. We were just kicking around the idea of bringing my outlaw 10.5 car to lay down some 8 sec motor passes or some 7 sec nitrous passes just for the fun of it.

Good deal, I've been wanting to race that car for years now. Win lose or draw that will be alot of fun for me. And I say bring that first gen out, I don't think there is anyone that wouldn't love to see a 7 second camaro pass.

Any more info on timing of when various classes will run? It would be good to know before signing up for an autocross time slot. (I looked for updates on first couple of pages but did not read through every page).
