I think it's funny that the residents think he is using the cones to reserve a spot.
I wonder if the news "reporters" ever bothered to ask anyone if they ever saw the cones out on the street when the car wasn't there as well.

If I had to park my Camaro on a street like that overnight, I'd do the same thing. No offense to anyone but, chances are, people will ding your ride. Repair bills isn't cheap either for paint job.
