Interesting. Here in Canada every car seems to get 40 mpg city
2015 6.2L Camaro is advertised as 19mpg city and 30 hwy.

Part of the problem is that the 'g' in our mpg's is for an imperial gallon -not a US gallon. A bigger gallon means you go further per gallon. But that only covers about half the difference between Canadian & American fuel economy ratings. For the rest, you're going to have to contact Environment Canada

17/28 for the A8 V8!!! This is phenomenal. I figured we would see 16/26 or 16/27, max.

If I can average in the low 20s, this thing will only cost me a few bucks more per year to fill up than my current car, which has half as many cylinders.
