I haven't liked a "5-point" wheel for a hot minute, but those look outstanding.

Looks like you can still get the GT without the rear spoiler. I think it will look good in person. I like that the Mustang doesn't have the high beltline like the Camaro (and a lot of other cars) does. I'm really over that.

The new 20 inch wheel option looks fantastic also. Ford is finally giving us some good wheels. Chevy has always killed it with their Camaro wheels.

People are really misinformed as to how much more the Mustang is vs the Camaro..it's not like we're comparing the Camaro to the SRT Challenger.
But the original point was that with all the new features, the Mustang weight will most likely go up, unless they did some weight reduction that we haven't heard about. The forged wheel option will help reduce weight, but other than that, lots of the new features will add weight, like Direct Injection, Maneride, dual mode exhaust, etc... They even added "a new cross-axis joint in the rear suspension leads to increased lateral stiffness". So, the gap will likely get bigger.

Love the gauge cluster. Much like the refreshed 5th gen Camaro (tail-lights specifically), I prefer the previous front end on the Mustang. I will say the 5th gen tails did grow on me in RS trim over time.

I think that if anything, the 2015-2017 was more Aston and the 2018 is more Jaguar. Kinda sorta. I think more so because of the new grill and less so due to the headlights. Both have a big gaping round upper grill and a smaller trapezoidal lower grill with big cooling ducts flanking either side. Again, cover the headlights and look at the general elements of both car's front end. Not too dissimilar.

When you have to see a car in different colors to justify that you think it looks good, your fooling yourself. The 15-17 mustang grew on me and I thought with this refresh and more power I might switch back. I thought they would go to more of the GT350 front end and their sales would have gone through the roof. I know looks are subjective but ill keep my camaro

I didn't think much of this but I think you may be right. GT500 may be 755 and the new GT at 455. I think that's all ford will bump the hp to on the GT as to not alienate its 15-17 customers too bad but you never know. Id guess 455hp and 415tq on the low end and 470hp 440tq on the high end. 12:1 compression and higher revving leans toward the latter

Notice all of the coded info in the cluster. 1964.5 miles (year of first mustang). 289 miles to empty (displacement of the first mustang v8). I can't take credit for noticing, this was posted on the mustang forums.
