Thanks for the photos, it's the first I've seen the two of them together.
It was a last minute decision we where leaving and did a drive by to get one more pic. Then we seen a open spot next to the gen6 backed in and started shooting pics.

Never owned a 5th gen but I worked in the Chevy dealership as a tech. I'm a die hard Chevy and camaro
Man. That's besides the point. I respect European cars for their technology, performance and ingenuity, but down I have a hate for anything mom American. In other words... EFF the European and Asian cars. My point was that the 10-13 camaros were great at first but soon as the 14-15 updates came out they became outdated and almost cheap lookin to me. I like the zl1 because it's front fascia is still updated and more refined than the 10-13's, but the narrow front fascia and tail lights just look leaps and bounds better. That's just me. and that's a hotly debated topic... But for me 14-15 and 6th gen are better looking.

This last picture posted has a 5th gen refresh next to the 6th gen and immediately the differences are allot more subtle and less noticeable. I actually prefer the refresh over the 2016 because it blends both the original 5th gen and the 6th gen.. But again I can't wait to see the 6th gen in person. IM hoping to be much more impressed by it then.

Need to put the hood vent from the 1LE between the vents on the '16. That would look mean.

6th gen looks mod and all but the 5th gen, especially early version pays best tribute to the 1st gen.

On the GEN5 I like the 2010-13 much better then the 2014-15. To me the tail lights on the 14-15 look like they came out of a old nova from the 70s and the one vent centered in the hood just don't fit the car.. That is JMHO

My vote is 2010-13 and 2016-17

Since I owned a 2011 SS and now have a 2017 SS I might be a bit bias

You know I was thinking the same thing the other day, I'm not sure what GM was smoking with the tail lights on the 2014 + 2015, they look so out of place. I do however like the thinner front grille opening on those compared to the wider mouth-like opening on the 2010-2013 models. The 6th Gen is better in every way, looks better, is lighter and has more power.

The 6th gen stands out on the road, that is for sure! I can tell the difference right away. It is starting to grow on me.

I can see a 6th gen SS in my future!

From the outside both are beautiful!! Biggest thing for me is the massive difference in weight. Wow! You can absolutely tell the difference. It's HUGE! Also, 6th gen interior is light years ahead.
