help with steerung wheel shake

okay so i got my zl1 replicas from factory reproductions installed the other day. btw while they were balancing my tires they scratched ome of the rear rims(post pics later) and now sometimes i feel like the car is pulling one way or the wheel is slightly shaking. i gave it some gas on a on ramp and got it up to 90 and the wheel was shaking maybe a half inch back and forth and it never did this before. are the wheels bad? or do i just need an alignment? or possibly something else
edit: why my phone post pics sideways and only one of them i will never know. will fix when i get home

Out of alignment does not cause wheel shake, improper wheel balancing will cause wheel shake. You need to take them back and have them re-balanced.

Make sure it's road force balancing as well. Do NOT go to NTB.

parkermoeder you mention "...the car is pulling one way..." as well as the shake. Sometimes if the alignment is good, but a tire is bad, you will feel a pull or drift to one side. If this continues (and if you can switch the tire/rim to the other side) and it now it pulls or drifts to that side, then the tire is probably bad.
Switch the front tires from side to side first, drive the car.
If no change then switch the rears from side to side.
If no change then it is probably a slight alignment issue. As others have said, the alignment will not affect the shaking however.
