Fast = carmax. I've actually sold a few vehicles to them and had very good luck.

Oh it is easy to sell it really fast, it is a matter of how much of a loss do you want to take?

Well, if carmax didn't work how you wanted all I can think of are "for sale" sections in the message forums, or autotrader. Neither are as fast, but with the popularity of Camaros, you might get a few quick bites depending on how you price it.

Dealers seem to be starting their prices at $23k for 2011's with under 15k miles.

Is it an RS?
A 2LT?

Put it up on craigslist with some photos. It's free to do that.

$19k at carmax isn't a terrible first offer. If other used 2011's are going for around $23k similarly equipped, that means there's less than $4k in profit for carmax and they may have to sit on the car for a while, and it will also absorb overhead like advertising, a quick mechanical check, a wash/detail, and then when it's all prettied up on the lot, someone is going to walk in and try to talk $2k off the price.

Are you trying to cover a loan balance, or is the car mostly paid for and you just need quick cash?

Mods don't add to the value of a car.
Why do you have to sell "fast"? That means you are desperate and will get taken advantage of. What is the payoff amount on your loan?
You can get a brand new V6 Camaro for $22,499 at my local dealer.

I've sold cars on craigslist in a matter of hours....it's free, get it on there ASAP, as well as all the camaro forums and local camaro club forums....and there's always ebay.

There's blue books, kelly's books and a whole slew of books out there. Just remember your car worth what ever somebody will give you for it....or what ever you can get for it. You can only hope that amount meets your expectations and financial needs.

However, having to sell it "fast" does not work in your favor.

Alfie
