How fast have you been thus far?

This is ALWAYS a touchy subject. So please reserve your opinions about how driving fast is unsafe, closed roads only, blah blah blah.

Had a chance to get up on the new Baby Blue over the weekend. Long stretch of country.
142mph effortless.

LMAO.
Well..........since I was in "Mexico" and still have 400 miles of break in I didn't want to attempt a top Prius speed.

I don't know if I could admit to owning one.

Hoping someone will have their ZL1 at the Texas Mile this weekend! If so, we can get some reports on how our cars will do there.

With a little luck, I'll be able to report what my A10 will do at the Mile this Fall!!

There's really no "blah blah blah"...when you consider our forum rules. No threads/posts/videos/stories about street racing...and often times we extend this rule to include reckless/illegal driving.

But...I suppose this long stretch of country was owned by your cousin's friend's father....Let's be real careful not to cross the line, though, because the thread will be closed quicker than the speeds you're talking about...

I just got it and went around 80 in a 75 of course. But I sneezed and they travel 100 mph.

This car gets to the speed limit faster than any I've owned before it.

Given that I do not press the speed thing on street I can admit that I'm not that much faster than the prius top speed. 149 on a front straight. With a hairpin turn quickly approaching. Scary as hell. Not the speed...the hanging unto the throttle until the 3rd marker &*%*&#$^*&@#$)*@Y#$)(*@&#

Funny thing is I was out in Utah picking up some race tires and passed the Bonneville Raceway Flats. Now THERE is a place I could find the top speed of the M6. Unfortunately I was in a fat bottom Ram 3500 that requires 6 fuel pumps to keep it above 85.
