I Finally Joined the 5th Gen Club This Weekend

Hey Guys,

I finally got my car this weekend after a lot of searching, being picky and flying out of state to get the car.

2011 2SS RS M6 30k Miles. Inferno Orange with 2 Tone Seats and factory /hurst Shifter.

My Immediate Plans:

Remove those ugly gill inserts and side vinyl stripes.

Paint Wheels Black

Black Tail Light Bezels and Smoked Lights Kit

Soon:

TSP 1 7/8 Headers to X pipe to Flowmaster American Thunder (no cats)

CAI Intake

Eibach 1" Lowering Springs

Dyno Tune

Long Term:

Mild Cam + 100 Shot Nitrous

Catch Can

Ported TB

25% UDP

Re-Tune

Welcome. Your new Camaro looks so good the way it is. I wouldn't
change one thing if it was mine. Never will get the dark/dingy wheel
thing but it's your car and opinions very.
Good luck with your new to you 5th Gen.

This is true. OP just leave it as is. The black wheel thing is so over done. At least you hsve the best colour.....but some may argue.

I have had good luck just uploading them right from my PC as an attachment. No need for a hosting site, and they will actually display rather than being simply 'attached' to your post.

Damn, she's a beauty. Hard to tell from one pic, but the paint looks very nice and shiny. Hopefully the previous owner was obsessive about paint care and detailing.

BTW, I don't think those gills and the side stripes look bad at all. But it's nice to make the car your own.

And most importantly....WELCOME! As a gen5 owner you have made a great decision to join this community. I promise you this place will be your go-to source for anything related to this car. We have a very helpful and intelligent community. I can't begin to calculate the money this place has saved me over the last year.
