Bad hesitation, very sluggish

So recently I installed some TSP 1-7/8 long tube headers. I have a tune from JRE and got it updated so it took care of the CEL. Moving on, I drove it for a few weeks. No issues whatsoever, noticeable power increase. But just last week after I filled the tank full. About when it got to 3/4 tank I noticed that there was a slight hesitation right between 1000-2000RPM. So I thought that was weird, I assumed I got bad gas so I got an octane booster and put that in. No improvement. So then I just drove it around trying to get rid of the tank of gas. I also changed all the spark plugs with NGK Laser Iridiums.
So then I'm at a 1/4 tank, go out 92 in, park it and do the fuse pull (5,20).
Start it up this morning, turn the corner and still has the hesitation, and it's even worse now. So I drive to where I'm going, get on it a bit and right around 3000 it just doesn't wanna pull like it did and I can feel the difference 100%. So I baby it and take it home. Then my check engine light turns on and it's a P0306, so I pop the hood, inspect the wires and none of them are burnt or touching anything. Then I unplugged #6 wire and swapped with #1 just to see if that's the issue and cleared check engine light. I drove it around for a bit but the light didn't turn on. So now I'm gonna wait for the engine to cool and inspect spark plug. Does anyone have any ideas??
I have a daily driver so I won't be driving this around. I'm just worried and really want it fixed.

Call your tuner. Could be so many things. Check all plug wires.....mad sensor...intake connections...vacuum hoses. And it could still be the gas.
