Ram air vs cold air

Which one would provide more ultimately more horse power to my camraro I don't know to much about the 2 except it help the car breath better

I see what they did there I was looking ram air kits and I saw like two cold air in take that sit in the front where the scoop is at. I thought it was going to look like that but what was that tank for in those pictures?

wiper fluid tank, it moves it out of the engine bay.
