Taking out center console and gauge pack??
How is everyone taking out there center console and 4 gauge pack without scratching it all up. I would like replace my center console when putting in metra kit. Any how to on this

The 4 pack is pretty easy. Just pop it up and disconnect the wires. No tools needed.
There are steps for center console removal in Metra instructions. I am debating on doing this install myself so I was just looking at them. http://www.metraonline.com/files/pro...-3010S_web.pdf |

I did this 2 times now
be careful and just work it in and out or you will mess up the hinges and scratch the hell out of the console

The gauge pack is the easy part to remove, , for me it's easiest to pop off the shifter knob first and then pull out the cluster, the most difficult part is putting it back in without scratching the shifter bezel.
