What color our the brakes painted?

Anyone know what the paint code is for our red brakes? I want to paint the "camaro" on the wheels to match!

Anyone seen this done?

Brake rotors? You can't paint brake rotors.

I corrected my post. I'm wanting to know what color red was used to paint the brakes.

But YES you can paint rotors. People paint the out edge and the inner portion that is not contacted by the brake pad all the time.

Just a bright red will work...don't stress yourself trying to get the paint code.

That's what I'm thinking. They had some victory red touch up paint at the auto store. I think it will work fine.

Oh, that makes sense, then. I guess I'm not as familiar with some of the more recent Camaro options. Do the 1LE's have factory painted red calipers?

Its not victory red. Look online for matching touch up kits, its an italian red color.

This.

And they are very likely powder coated, not "painted".
