Clarification On Wheels
Hi Everyone,
New to the forum / website here and looking forward to many years of giving and viewing mountains of great information. Getting things started, I live in Michigan and currently have her sitting up on jack stands stored in a CarCaupsule. I also removed the wheels and have been storing them indoors all winter. That said, I was cleaning them the other day when I noticed that they have "Di Cast" and "Made in China" stamped on the barrels of the wheels. Chevy details that the wheels on the ZL1 are forged. In my experience, "forged" is much different than "cast". Perhaps this has already been brought up elsewhere. However, I wanted to reach out to the ZL1 community to get your insight. Pic attached.. Thanks to all for the great site and feedback!! |
