So what is next?

We know GM will be headed to CamaroFest, which I am now assuming is where the next showing of the car will be along with potential news. (Pricing????)

Do we know what is coming after that? I am going to assume SEMA is going to be a big show as well, but that is all the way in November.

Overall it has been hard to follow this release as it is nothing like the Gen 5 reveal.

What do you want to know? by the time we get to CF6 most dealers will know how many Gen6 they can order, then in the week's to come GM will start to pull orders to start the build of the 6 gen, then they will get put on hold and ship out some time in late September or October, some may get cars in time for SEMA but not to many.

Now i have no inside to the info but if you ordered a new GEN5 it will go the same way time wise, my order was placed in October, GM started pulling orders in 2/15/2009 mine was puled 4 weeks later had a VIN on 4/14/09 and got the car some 45 days later.

Honestly I'd be (delightfully) surprised if we found out an NEW information at the Fest. I suspect it will just be a show and not so much tell.

The aftermarket and tuners will jump on the 2016 quickly. I would expect some great exposure at SEMA.

Edelbrock is reportedly ready to move on the E-Force supercharger as soon as they can get their hands on a production SS.

Hennessey already has the 2016 launched on their website.
