Apex Chase's 2000 Camaro SS
So I figured it was about time I posted a build thread on my 4th Gen SS. It is a 2000 Camaro SS 6 speed manual. This is not a shop race or show car, it is my personal weekend toy. I do occasionally hit the track or a car show but I mostly just enjoy driving it to cruise nights, Cars and Coffee, car club functions, or just ripping it up around town. Here is what is done so far to the best of my memory. I know I am forgetting some stuff.
Currently installed SLP long tube headers w/ cat deletes (swapping these soon) Full 3 in. exhaust Flowmaster muffler (coming off soon) SLP center mount exhaust tips SLP air lid LS6 intake manifold painted red manual polished tensioner ported throttle body Racetronix pump and Hotwire kit Braille Lightweight AGM battery B3121 MSD wires and NKG tr55 plugs BMR subframe connectors BMR rear lower control arms BMR 1 inch lowering springs 4.10 gear LS6 clutch Nittos red painted calipers Hawk brake pads SLP grill Mike Norris catch can (switching to Apex when I get a chance to fab a bracket) Red gauges Pro 5.0 shifter/short stick Currently awaiting install BMR K-member BMR upper and lower A-arms Prothane motor and trans mounts Last edited by Apex Motorsports; 12-16-2013 at 05:18 PM. |

Hey chase does this car have the factory SLP muffler? How does it sound? I recently picked up a SLP dual dual and I'm debating whether I want to put it on or not.
Edit- just saw it has a flowmaster.. Damn
