I think they've settled by now, since I installed them over a month ago. The smaller wheels definitely play a role. the wheel gap in the front is a little less than 2 fingers.

Everything was straight bolt on. No modifications needed. I have been tracking my car like this and haven't relocated the harness. My fender liners are still perfect.

Car feels more nimble with 19inch forged wheels. Rides great and feels a bit more planted.
as far as issues, definitely have to take some speed bumps and driveway at an angle, other than that pretty happy with the results.

Specs:
19inch Apex VS-5RS in ZLE Specs
Eibach Lowering Springs

Posted these pics in another thread as well.

Those rear tires look massive, what sizes did you go with?

Bigger tires was definitely part of the goal. 305s in the front and 325s in the back. everything is straight ZLE specs.

Late to the party. I'm on Eibachs, Forgestar wheels/tires in ZLE specs and daily driven. Zero issues.

Your car was definitely one of the ones I looked out before lowering mine. It looks amazing. What size tire are you running in the front?
