Went under a bridge and now lights won't undim

Hey guys was driving and went under a bridge and my lights dim as usual but when I got out to the light again the lights stayed dark. The little green lights light is staying in on my dash. Any ideas on how to fix without dealer? Have you had this issue before? I tried turning car off and playing with lights but nothing.

What would indicate a bad fuse?

Should be in the manual I think. Might be indicated on the fuse box cover. One under the hood and one in the trunk.

Update: I used my phone flash light on the sensor (since its night time) to try and trick it. The inside brightened up as it should have. I tried a few more times and I couldn't get it to do it again. Will see tomorrow during the day if it works or if it's going to the dealer.
