IMO, it should be cheaper for the 2SS.

You are trading cloth seats for the Recaros on the present 1SS. You have the leather fronts baked into the 2SS base $.

The HUD is also not a cheap proposition either. That is also baked into the 2SS base $. Used to be like $375 (RPO UV6 HUD) back in the day on C5 Corvettes when it was introduced originally as a "free-flow " option circa 1999.

My guess is it should be $5.5k for 2SS A1W? (1LE RPO) vs $6.5k for 1SS A1Y (1LE RPO). That $1k difference would be fair to me.

Besides $5,500 fits nicely into this sequence...

A1X V6 1LE Performance Package-------$4,500.00
A1W? 2SS 1LE Performance Package----$5,500.00
A1Y 1SS 1LE Performance Package------$6,500.00
A1Z ZL1 1LE Performance Package------$7,500.00

Nice that GM is holding the line on base price bump to $95 tho.

Figure similar % of MSRP as A1Y = $5,915/$6,500 = 91.0%...$6,825

Am I missing something on the Transmission section? They list a Automatic 8 and 10 speed but no manual? Or is it only listing those two transmissions because they are an additional cost?

On the GM site looks like the 2SS 1LE pack is $1,970 +1,695 = $3665 total

1LE TRACK PACK - V8 SUSPENSION HANDLING PACKAGE
$1,970

Edit: Seems like suspension only
