They had this problem with the buick enclave when it came out. It was widespread (08 model). They were suppose to have fixed it for 09, but our 09 also had a leak.

I love my sunroof, no problems with mine either.

Not to change the topic too much or anything, but the drain holes are viewable from the trunk opening.

Cars without the sunroof have plastic plugs in the place of the holes.

But of course, she IS the garage queen.
She only gets hand washed every other time out, and definitely doesn't see rain, snow, sleet, hail, or winds above 30mph.
You must drive pretty slow, then. Even with a 30 mph tailwind, that still limits you to 60 mph.

This aviation nut apologizes for having a little fun at your expense.

Absolutely NO PROBLEMS with mine. I love my sunroof for several reasons:

1) Adds light to the car and makes it feel more open (no leak jokes, please!)

2) You can pull the cover closed to block the light if necessary

3) With a black car, it's invisible on the outside. The tinted glass blends in smoothly.

A couple of negatives:

1) The sunroof does reduce head room significantly. Other threads will say by how much, but I'm not that tall and I can barely wear a baseball cap in the car!

2) You lose the signature "reverse mohawk" indent in the roof that definitely adds some styling. The smooth roof looks plain and "sedan like."

But leaks have been no problem for me!

no problems. works like a charm. Doesn't leak or anything and probably never will. If you want less sun, just close the shade. There's no real reason to hate it.

In reference to the link the OP posted, I've heard that the wet floorboards had to do with faulty drainage for the HVAC system, not the sunroof...

But to answer the original question, I've had my Camaro since June of 2009. So, over a year later and I've never had any problems with my sunroof leaking. I've had it in the rain a couple times and I take it to a brushless car wash almost every week, and nothing.

The only place that gets wet that is slightly annoying to me is the door sills. I'm too lazy to take the time to wipe the door sills with a towel, so I get water spots there after every car wash

Now, if you buy a Camaro, and then decide to install an aftermarket sunroof, you're taking your interior's life into your own hands. I wouldn't trust the seals on an aftermarket sunroof if my life depended on 'em. Just saying.
