Data logging the vehicle afterwords showed some issues on idle - need to make sure your MAF is rotated correctly (use the arrow on the intake) I rotated it off somewhat during installation, so thats on me. Overall however, worth every penny!

I wish all aftermarket parts were made this well. Nice work.
Thank you!!! We are glad to hear that you are happy with your Cold Air Inductions, Inc. 2016 Camaro cold air intake system. We spend a great deal of time in the R&D department to ensure that we get it right and we always strive to deliver the highest quality system in the market!

Also, thanks for the reminder to everyone that it is critical to have the MAF rotated properly by using the arrow. Thanks again, we really do appreciate it!!

Got the TB whistle eliminator part in today and finished installing it as i removed the Roto-Fab CAI i had on there. I can confirm that now the whistle noise caused by the stock TB on my Camaro has been eliminated and very happy with the results. I got some of the low end range back and can hear a nice air/swoosh noise moving through the system. Thank you again Cold Air Inductions for coming through with the part needed for some of us!

So anyone who orders a kit now should get the updated one with the spacer?

So you prefer the CAI CAI over Roto-Fab CAI? Any special reason(s)?

Honestly at this point i do prefer the CAI CAI over the Roto-Fab. If i were to add more upgrades to my engine or exhaust i would have kept the Roto-Fab possibly in but i feel i lost some low end power and gained a tad mid to high instead. The sound and low end power for me made my mind up to stay with the CAI CAI. I just was waiting on the throttle body whistle eliminator to arrive today and install to really see the difference between the 2. Just my opinions....

Great to hear everyone is getting their whistle fixed!

Not to brag, but my car never had the whistle so I didn't waste CAI's time and money to get one. But....would this part help anyone with a CAI? Meaning, is there a performance gain (even if ever so slightly) to get from this part? When KeonNYC said he got some more low end out of it, it got the gears turning a little....

I honestly don't think the part made any change in performance (I could be wrong) as the CAI just feels like its bringing in more air then the previous intake i had on there. The sound is what it is now supposed to be and my low end gears seem to be more responsive. I lost some lower end previously with the Roto-Fab intake but i am not at all knocking that CAI as it worked and sounded fine, i just feel that the Cold Air Inductions intake on my stock Camaro made more of a difference i can see. I have no doubt that the Roto-Fab is quality and a good product, but after switching them back and fourth i am happy now with what i have... The part they made seems purely to stop any TB whistles by rerouting the air a certain way into the throttle body muffling any unwanted noises. It took about 10 minutes to put the part in place or less and i couldn't be more pleased!

That is correct. Anyone that purchases our Cold Air Inductions, Inc. 2016+ Camaro cold air intake system will receive the part. Also, anyone that previously purchased our system can request the part (free of charge). Thanks!
