But for now, I'd love to daily drive a GT350R. I'd never daily drive a Z28. The Z28 was never a complete, modern vehicle, and that has been its shortcoming.
Maybe shallow but certainly missing the point...the intent of the Z/28 is pure and unrefined...and it continues to hit that mark well...you go daily drive your ford now my friend.

congrats 350r...nice car!!! I hope to drive against one soon.

Congrats to Ford for making a bad @ss road racing car.
The Ford GT350R did 5 seconds faster at Nurburgring then our Z28
That's impressive....

Remember, the 7:37 was ran while it was raining and I don't think the 350R has been there yet.

Either way the 350R is a Badass Factory car, I can wait to run one with my "Z28R"

Best Regards,

Lets do some reality math::

Z28, $75 -$20 = 55+ tax = around 60k and and is readily available

GT350R (as tested ) $67+ 15= 90+tax = around 84K and you aint getting one unless your last name is Ford..

That's why I own a Z28.. ^^

That's a $24K difference... Yeah...
I didn't go to grad school But 65+15 = 90 +tax =84 ?!?!!?
I'm a little confused , can you brake this down again please ?

I prefer the GT350...but would LOVE to romp a Z/28 with disregard for anything.

The ford sounds good , so does the Z but the bastard didn't put the mice/cameras on the Z during stepping on the right pedal
He had a chance to make a good comparo , but he didn't take the opportunity !

They're both nice cars. Hearing the exhaust note of the GT350 though over and over it started to get to be a bit much. A bit too buzzy if that makes sense.

Ive never liked exhaust videos that are right by the tailpipes...such as the dyno vid..

Other than that though, I think they both sound good. Again, a little partial to one...but I wouldn't kick the other out of bed.
