Does this tune only Auto c7 1/4 mile time relate to the g6 A8?
If anything? I'm thinking the A8 Camaro could be 3/10's behind after a tune, am I off base?

A good tune on an auto is worth about 3-4 tenths on average.
...also, a when I see G6 I think Pontiac. Let's stick with gen 6 or 6th gen. ;-) |

I bet top speed is around 175 or 180 without the limiter too.

Dont forget this is a hero and record run. just look at some boltons C7 fast list; not so many reached this 'stock' mph.
But yeah an agressive full custom tune should yeld good result! CAI and tune with auto is gonna be an easy 11sec car I think.

I can't see the video at work but I have a Stingray and spend a lot of time on the C7 forum and I would think 6th gens are gonna run high 11's bone stock. I ran 11.52 in my car bone stock in cool air.
What tires are they going to put on 6th gens? I know the PSS are amazing on my car, if the camaro tires aren't as sticky it may hurt them a little. If you want to go fast in the 1/4, buy an auto. |

I've seen a stingray A8 cai tune and DR on stock wheels in +1300 da 68° = 11.4@120 with 1.7 60' Oct 15 Fayetteville.
Same car + E85 new tune ran 11.2@124mph 1.7 60' in -400 da 56°.

Does the gen 6 SS get the same fuel pump as the stingray?
Without forced induction would the gen 6 setup benefit from a dual pump system at all? |
