No front plate for me even though NY requires one. I have had many Corvettes and never got a ticket for not having a plate in the front. I hope on the Camaro I will be as lucky!

The dealer put on the fugly factory bracket. Saw a post (earlier in this thread I believe) and sort of copied it. Removed the factory bracket and replaced it with a powder coated license plate frame I got from Amazon. Bent it slightly to conform to the shape of the grill. Now it is flush against the grill and doesn't look that bad. I would love to not have the front plate but it is the law in Maryland and I prefer to not get pulled over for stupid $hit.

In the Peoples Republic of California they are pretty tough... I surrendered BUT bought the black plates ( usually white) for a black car... It's my wife's car and she likes it..

I find if the LEO is an alright fellow, he'll give you the front plate ticket because it was better than what he actually pulled you over for.

I'm also driving around risking the ticket. I have the Sto N Sho but haven't put it on yet. Local police haven't even given me a second look...
