Do you still have an active AFM? I have the axle back on my M6 and its great! Loud and lots of deceleration pop.

I would be concerned about drone on an automatic when AFM kicks in would be my only concern.

I have the flow master 40 axle back, the outlaws will sound deeper and louder? Will the mufflers just swap out.

I've had the axelback for awhile, one of two of the first stainless production units I got from a freind. It is loud, alot of decel popping and has the old school muscle car sound, sounds great! Not as loud or deep as the catback, but thats to be expected on any axel vs cat setup. Drone was a big problem for me, but I fabbed up Jpipes and no drone!

@ coreyaustin17

You are the 1st that I've seen that has actually HAD BOTH systems... When you had the Outlaw Axleback, was the rest of the exhaust left in tact... resonators, cats, etc?

Was the Outlaw Axleback on an L99 or an LS3?

And what was the "difference in sound" between the Outlaw Axleback and Outlaw Catback? How much louder was the Catback? Did the they even have the same tone?
