Already seen it work flawlessly on a zr1. Haven't tried a 5th gen. Camaro yet.

The ZL1 uses a different ECU iirc, pretty sure the ZR1 does also. (E67)

I have an e85 tune setup for my car (e38). I am close to maxxing pump and injectors(stock) at 503 rwhp through an auto. I was gonna run e85 in Louisiana but its slim pickings down there!!

Which ethanol content sensor are you using? I don't know of a sensor GM is using since the Gen 3 days (that sensor was expensive and had a lot of problems, wouldn't last long)

I wouldn't trust virtual ethanol content sensor in a performance car. Its not a sensor rather a guess biased off of fuel trims.

10 stations around me and 15 miles from the Corn Plant. Local stations test at 85% May through Oct, then tapers to E70 for the winter. Always best to test it though.

Check the HPTuners Gen 4 thread. DSteck lists several sensors. He offered to do a kit for me but since I run it in the garage queen all the time it'd be pointless.

I researched this a lot when i thought about converting over. The simple reason i didnt is because of the loss of Gas mileage and the fact that here E85 is 10 cents cheaper than gas so it dont add up. But if i lived where gas was still super expensive and E85 was cheaper and readily available i would have switched. There is power to gain from it! But there is also the fact it is hard to find, and if you cant you cant just swap to gas on the fly.

EFILive has a custom operating system and info in the help files about wiring up a 12v+ switch to an unused pin that activates once you flip the switch. When you upgrade your os, you have more tables available that are already in the current file, just not used. This is available for my autocal customers and is pretty straight forward to do.

E85 is $2.99/gal here and E10 93 is currently $4.29 - 4.59/gal. I dropped from ~19 mpg to 14.5 but it's just my toy anyway. My DD is a 4 banger that gets 34 mpg. lol.

BTW, it takes me about 1 min to swap tunes with HPTuners if I ever need to.

You just need the e85 kit, pin activated and tuned to run it. I had a 15ish hp gain when I was just at normal bolt ons. You don't need to do anything with fuel pumps etc until over 500, basically
