The real question is whether with adding the 10 speed will GM up the final ratio like Ford is doing with the Mustang. Not to the same degree of course since the Mustang is making up for a lack of TQ. But we could see improvements from a more aggressive ratio out back. Then the extra OD will keep FE about the same.

The Current Camaro SS in Automatic Goes 0 - 60 in 3.9 seconds.

Chevy might turn the car a bit and add a 10 Speed in your case.

So, I'd say 3.7 or 3.6 seconds or 0 - 60.

But, Quarter Mile I'd say around one or these 2.

I don't see much in the way of improvement for the straight line. But I do see the car performing better into and out of turns and being in the right gear.

The gains will come if GM decided to add the Grand-sport goodies to the 6th Gen Camaro refresh. I am sure we will see a very small power pump to keep the Camaro across all transmissions ahead of the Mustang.
