Demon SS
Having expired plates after deployment was a big problem. I couldn't drive my car until another classy Camaro5 member sent me his cats and intake for California plates. Now, my SLP headers and high-flow cats are for sale, and my car is slower than before I left.
I have orders to roadtrip across America for a few days, and I'll be considering mods along the way. I'd like Dynosteve to supercharge the Demon, but unfortunately I can't swing that right now. Who has suggestions for less ambitious power?

3.91 Gear Kit at RDP Motorsport
I’m currently sitting next to dynosteve as the 3.91 gear upgrade goes on the furious red Camaro. The GM kit is a complete package, and it’s going to make a huge difference over the stock ratio on the 6-speed auto.

I went ahead and jumped on some BBK shorties. They still have that header sound, but they’re not long tubes. I wish I could keep the noise, but California plates come with a heavy price on performance.

Amen to that -- Lots of VERY nice places in CA -- just couldn't afford to live there -- along with the overly burdensome taxing system -- my business could not survive there...
Best of luck and lets have a sound clip! -Don

It’s not cheap in San Diego, but Mrs_Blur found a good place while I was on deployment. I can’t imagine starting a business with the costs added by the state.

I’m now chirping in 4th gear. This car is a monster with the 3.91 upgrade and a dyno tune from RDP.

During the 3.91 test drive, dynosteve was kind enough to recommend some EBC rotors and red brakes. I did the install at a friend’s house and enjoyed some quality break-in time. The stopping power is impressive and they look great.
