Finally picked up a HBM ZL1
Yesterday I was finally able to pick up the car I've been drooling over for almost a year. After trying to decide if I wanted the track machine that is the 1LE or the comfort of the 2SS, I decided I might as well get the one that has both since I enjoy cruising and technology, but plan to hit some track days a few times a year. I originally wanted to order one so I could have a few more months to save, but with diminishing allocations and a local dealer having the exact one I wanted on the lot, I couldn't pass it up.
This car definitely does not disappoint. My '67 is a blast to drive...when it's not trying to destroy itself....but this '17 ZL1 is my new side lady. Sorry for the crappy pictures, haven't had any time during the couple hours of daylight to get good ones. |

Stunning! Congratulations! I like the P-51 you have there, too! Could you post a photo up of the '67 next to the ZL1? I think that'd make for an interesting scene!
