A 1SS with the options I want has an MSRP for ~$38.5K. While it won't be a 2016, hopefully when I order one up next year I can get it OTD for somewhere under $40K (factoring in 6% tax).

Mine is:
38585 MSRP 37000 selling price -13500 trade in +1850 fees and taxes +17840 payoff =43190 total cost I will be using 2000 GM card plus bonus earnings, and the 1000 private offer...though the finance guy was not sure what the private offer was when I showed it to him. I'll be putting a bit more down on top of that. I was originally quoted 5.8% on finance! My credit score is high 700s, I did ask him about why I wasn't getting the 2.9% deal they were running.

Sticker is 49095 and getting 3500 off with supplier, private offer and another 500$ by the dealer. I dont think thats too bad.
