Looking for advice on a bumper
So I did this. Well technically an opossum did this, I just enabled him.
I am asking for OE bumper replacement options/opinions. I am NOT going ZL1 or aftermarket with scoops or holes, just a well made OE replacement. What are your recommendations for obtaining one. eBay? GMPartsDirect? Does it need to be CAPA certified?

Sounds like your best bet would be GM. From what you say your looking to keep it perfectly OEM. Anything used bumper wide on eBay will be busted up in some way, the new cheap ones listed are aftermarket.

Agree with BluePhoenix, I'd do some 'internet shopping' to find the best price for a new genuine GM OEM one.

Thanks guys. Painting is expected. Are there any friends out there with a take-off from your ZL1 conversion?
