Meguiar’s Clay Bar Alternative Use

Hi everyone I wanted to share my trick that I use to get the best visibility out of your front windshield. Some people might know this but others who don’t this makes a huge difference. I made a quick video on YouTube if you want to watch how to clean and shine the glass on your Camaro. Hope it helps someone out. Thanks for checking it out.

When the clay bar becomes soiled on one side, don't flip to the other, fold it and knead it into a fresh side, if you get contaminates on both sides, you can't do this.

Though they may not be highly visible on a silver car, setting those bottles down on your car will cause scratching if your banging/dragging them against the paint like you were.

Spray your cleaner on the towel, not the glass, to avoid overspray getting on the paint.

That isn't spray wax, it's detail spray. When your bottle is empty, don't go to wal- mart and pay $5 for another.
Ultima Waterless Wash plus concentrate makes 5.5 gallons of the stuff, normally runs around $21, but I've purchased it for less than $15 at Autogeek on one of their sales w/ free shipping as well.

You can also buy glass sealant apply after coating works well too.

Thanks for all the positive responses and suggestions. I was out in my front yard and my neighbor came over and thought I was crazy because he saw me waxing my windshield. After I was done he was amazed. I thought everyone knew to do this when they detail their car, but I guess I was wrong. That is why I made this video to show people how awesome it comes out. I clay every window every few months or so to get the best results. And you are right, by mashing the clay together will make the clay look clean again I totally forgot to say that on camera as I still am nervous making videos but I just wanted to help some of you guys out. Thanks again all
