Bumper cracked hit and run, help fixing it

Just need some advice on how to fix this?
Had my car parked and when I came back the bumper was like this :(
The shop where I usually get my body work done at is telling me a need to get a new bumper but I'm thinking they just want me to spend more money so what do you guys think I should do?

Feel like a crack like that I’d go for a new bumper, possible to be repaired but wouldn’t doubt it be close to the same cost of a new one.

Replace it....Fix won’t be easy, it will be expensive, with any of these mishaps for the front end, you just replace it

If it was just a minor crack then it would have been salvageable, but you're missing a piece entirely. Not only that but looking at the area around your passenger side light and grille, it looks like you've got broken tabs as well.

File an insurance claim, replace it.

May as well get a bumper , you'll have to pay the same deductible anyway. Since it's cracked anyway.
That's nothing, my last car I had my car parked outside my house when it was Icey out
some idiot took my back end out and left.

If you’re looking for a more affordable option and want to try fixing yourself, this stuff is pretty easy to use. Has some mesh to fill in the hole if you don’t have that chunk that’s missing. Could try doing that then get it painted

Damn.. Didn't you just get that front end not too long ago (if I'm right about your IG page)? I'd be ridiculously upset. Sorry man.

If you were nearby I'd be after that bumper. It could be plastic-welded and ready for a refinish in an hour flat.

The bumper needs to be off the car to paint it correctly anyway, so you might as well replace it. Glad the damage was limited to the lower bumper and not the grill or hood.

You can fix it with 3M Automix. It'll help if you have the small piece that broke out but you could graft a piece into it. Depends upon how much a replacement costs but you'll be at around $100 for the repair materials alone. Then paint for the area. It's all in what you want to do but it is completely repairable by a competent body shop...most these days just want to bolt on parts and do insurance work...
