Here's one on the dash swap, kind of longwinded but very descriptive.

Thanks for the part #. Here's a pic of the armrest. For me it's really more of a comfort mod than an appearance mod. Leather sticks to my skin in hot weather.

You can but that would cost a lot of money. If you'd like more suede you can buy ZL1 door panels from ThatGMPartsGuy and go over the red stitching with a dye pen like the OP did here.

I would pay $200 if GM would make one that has white stitching instead of the red. I also wish the knee pads and shifter boot had matching white stitching.

I have an early car (thought you did too?), so the stitching on my suede shift boot is black (they went to light gray shorty after). So now all of my suede stuff (shift boot, steering wheel, knee pads, and dash pad) has black stitching (seat inserts and shift knob have no stitching). I even dyed my steering wheel stitching from light gray to black, looks much better IMO. All of my leather stuff has the light gray stitching, and it's staying like that. As I do like the look of the light gray stitching on the leather stuff, as it seems to work better with the smoother look of the leather.

So in my car now:
Suede parts = black stitching.
Leather parts = light gray stitching.

I do have an early car. Actually coming up on 1 year of ownership by the end of November. I got my dealer to throw in the suede knee pads when I took delivery so I have the dark stitching on all the suede, but I like the look of the lighter stitching so I wish I could get it on all my stuff now.

You could have it re-stitched at an upholstery shop, wouldn't be that much. I like the light gray stitching on some stuff for sure, I always thought it was too much on the steering wheel though...$7.50 dye pen, an hour of my time, poof, gone lol..

Same here. I just want a plain one without a logo on it.

I would like to do that unfortunately I doubt it won't cost much or if it doesn't it won't look OEM quality.

Here are some install videos on the ZL1 Interior parts:

Dash
Knee Bolsters
Passenger Door Panel
Driver Door Panel
Automatic Shift Knob
Manual Shift Knob
Steering Wheel
Recaro Seats

I believe all of these are ZL1 Interior parts from ThatGMPartsGuy.
*Note: I did not see a center console video but I believe those are just a couple of screws and you're done.

My friend had his four plastic knee pads covered in nice vinyl with light gray stitching and thicker padding only for $175. So what could restitching possibly cost, $100 at most?

Dumb question - any particular dye pen you used?
