I lived in multnomah county and I had a TBSS with headers with no cats and now have a G8 with headers no cats as well. I passed every time with no issues. As long as you tune out the codes so you have no CEL, you will pass. Never had them do a sniffer test on either, just OBD plug in.

I live in washington now and have passed with the G8 once already as well.

I love having veteran plates, never have to renew them, and never have to DeQ. :-D
