With a great driver, track prep, and negative DA I agree low 11s which will be great, possibly a 10:90s. Will we see claims of mid-high 10s claiming to be stock but actually sporting race only tunes for 107 octane, exhaust mods, and hidden weight reduction yep. Just like the Hellcat early on running 10:40s and 5-7 mph faster than anyone else

Just go to the drags and watch the guys with 11 second capable cars that can barely get a mid or upper 12. I've seen Gen V Viper's running 13s, etc. It's hilarious.

And that is the rub... the HC can pull some decent times even with the inexperienced driver. It is true though, the skill required to perform at peak.

Wouldn't you think mid 11's would be a disappointed considering some 6gens have run high 11's already? I also wouldn't say that we've seen a "hero run" out of the SS yet either. Imo the ZL1 only being 3 or 4 tenths quicker would be a let down.

High 10's with upper 600hp. For sure with a set of MT Street R's
The HC is not easy to launch with stock tires at all but will hook with good DR |

OEM stock tires spin a bit and I had the Summer tires which were to too bad. I just installed 305/35/20 Nitto 555r on the rears only on mine and they hook. The stock OEM stay on the front. Should have came this way from factory.

My friend had Nitto 555R on his cat and when we switched to the MT Street SS it hooked way better than the Nittos on stock 20" wheels

Well here's what a 750hp manual can do against a Hellcat. We'll see what the ZL1 can do down 100 hp and with the A10.
