Boston Acoustics vs Standard

What's the word? Do I need the Bostons? Or is the standard sounding good and loud too? Anyone got any comparison advice?

You get Nine speakers with the Boston's, only 6 with the standard. I love the sound of the Boston's myself. A worthy upgrade I think.

Standard has plenty of sound for me. How many speakers does one need in that cabin?

The standard sound system is actually very impressive. Go to a dealership and play with the equalizer a little bit. It sounds great.

i got standard, i'm happy with it. Even with the bass. I don't know how much bass you need in that little cabin.

Trust me... for $500 the BA is a steal. Much louder, cleaner and better speakers! Now if they were charging you something like $1000 for "premium sound", then thats a rip, but $500 is absolutely worth it.

BTW I own a 2SS but I have rented several Camaro's from Avis. Some of them had the BA upgrade while others did not so I have heard both systems and the BA is absolutely worth the dinero.

Depends on if you are upgrading soon. If you aren't, get the BA.

I dont know how thew standard is, but the BA can be turned up to max volume with no distortion.

I've heard both systems and in my opinion the Boston's are well worth the extra money.
