It's because they drive hybrid cars & are offended at your obvious lack of concern for the environment by driving a huge gas guzzling, oil burning, rubber laying, pedal mashing, air polluting, high speed inducing, loud noise making V8. I say screw 'em.

you have missed the obvious - the person doing the application at the DMV drives a BOSS or R/T and did not get his plate DNTPSSME so they denied the application. As for the sexual reference I believe since he drives the above he knew he would have to change his plate to IMSCRWD everytime he saw it.

I'm pretty sure the lady reviewing the application did a google search for "14 1le" saw a picture of the car and though "dang, that's sexy". You know what happened after that. Lol - congrats on the car and sorry some ridiculous person is causing you to waste your time

You don't live in Cali do you? The number 14 is associated with the Norteņos gang, and maybe they just saw the 14 and assumed you were a gang member. That would be super silly, but who knows anymore..... Hopefully you can get your plate!
