2014 1LE review on Jalopnik

http://jalopnik.com/2014-chevrolet-c...iew-1592826989

I have only read the first few parts but the review seems pretty fair.

Fair ,but somehow nit picky. IMHO if It had 50 more RWH and better brakes it would be near perfect at the price point .

"Who wants a subtle Camaro? No one I want to be friends with."

"It made me feel like a badass."

First one who has mentioned the "clutch rattle". Anybody know what that is?

I have heard the same clutch rattle sound in a '13 Boss302! No big deal at all. With no u-joints, the drive line is tight!

I've driven my 1LE into DC once. Once.

I feel the review is nearly spot on, personally.

I thought it was a good review. GM knew this set up was not for everyone. They also knew, and were right though it blows my mind, that people would want less powerful 6 cylinder versions of this car. There are folks with SS Camaros that can not for the life of them understand why someone would buy the 1LE package. Some of them may not understand what it is, but the majority are much happier with a heads up display and leather seats for the same money. My point is that I do not think that any amount of marketing or change of name would improve the sales of this car, much like the 2% comment GM made when the car was introduced.
