Engine Idle (video posted)

I posted this in the general discussion forum, figured it was more of a mechanical thing. This is a video I sent a friend of mine in regards to my engine ticking (which I am gathering is normal)

Awesome, thanks. My 2015 1le was quiet as heck but burned a quart of oil every 2k miles, and GM told me it was normal.
