Wow crazy I was just thinking about that shifter today and I wish someone would come out w a mod. I love it the plate sucks though too plain needs some dressing up but love it!

Hmmmmm Now THAT gives me an idea............
I live within 20 minutes of Ricks 1st Gen Camaro parts and if I cannot get the kit that the OP is showing us then I think I too can MOD one to work, It shouldn't be too hard, just got to think it out really well. If that ever becomes the case and I end up getting and auto and making one then I will post the steps in here as I progress.........but that is way down the road.
Here is a pic of the shifter from Ricks($149.99), I think anyone with half a brain can figure out how to make one of these work in a 5th gen.-
