If you think AFM is annoying on a Camaro, drive a late model Challenger R/T. I had one for a rental last week and I couldn’t wait to get rid of it. The car actually jerks when it switches and the drone/exhaust note when in 4 cyl mode is terrible.

I pulled fuse#51 as well....the exhaust is nice and this makes it even nicer.

This might be a dumb question, but here goes anyway. Why are you guys pulling the fuse anyway? Can't you simply set the exhaust into track? I dont mean via the drive mode, but forcing it into track via the Engine Sound Management (or whatever its called exactly) setting. This keeps the exhaust open while still giving you the option to close it if you ever need to.

The valves will still close when you go above a certain speed in track mode.

The perfect solution as you control when the exhausts are open and this can be all the time if you want. Really easy to fit.
