That said, there was a pretty good post on these forums not too long ago that suggested a few hard runs up the tach to generate a little heat were actually beneficial to a new motor over the standard "be nice to it" method. So your car will be just fine. Just don't lug the engine.

What did you do to your 6th Gen Camaro today?!

I picked up on 11/30 from Iowa. Had a nice get to know you ride of 983 miles back to D.C.

Since then I’ve installed:

- Mishimoto Oil Catch Can
- Diode Dynamics Smoked Side Markers
- Washed twice
- Polished, Sealed and Waxed
- Sto N Go Front License Plate Bracket
- Blendmount Radar Mount
- Installed ZL1 Addons Jack Point Kit
- Replaced Trunk, Reverse and License Plate Incandescent bulbs with LEDs (Included trunk relay harness to prevent light ghosting)
- Mounted and Balanced winter setup (Blizzak LM60 on BMW Alpina 19” Wheels) w/ TPMS and hub centric rings. Swapped out BMW center cap for custom Bow Tie caps
- My wife got me the smoked tail lights from TGMPG for Christmas, which arrived this past Saturday and were promptly installed due to my threat of installing them on Christmas Day if she didn’t let me open them immediately haha
- Title arrived on Monday, went to the DMV to transfer my registration and plates. Temporary Plate was still good for another MONTH! Quickest title to DMV to registration turnaround I’ve ever experienced.

I have the skip shift eliminator but I’m unsure if it’s actually needed.

I love it!! The white lettering is popular now and I'm torn on it. But, this does look good despite being a little racer boyish.

Looks good with summit white!

Throat Surgery

Today my car went under the knife. She was diagnosed with a bad case of throat cancer. So today she was upgraded with a new Stainless Works cat back exhaust. After surgery, she woke up and started talking. Boy she sounds like heaven now. Stainless Works is bad ass. I am so glad that I went that route.
