Does anybody know what the A8 shift patterns represent?
The 3 modes in HPT listed are "Normal / A / B" I know we actually have 4 modes does anybody know how these match up?

I think HP tuners changed it when they came out with support for the 6L80, you might find an answer here:

Ice/Snow and Tour mode use Normal.
Sport and Track use Pattern B. I haven't seen Pattern A come up on my HPT scanner while doing logs.
