I really, really, really like the 6th gen 2019 SS front
I know a lot of folks dislike it.
And I know I'll get shit for wanting to do it, but would it even be possible to fit a 6th gen front onto a 5th gen? |

If you painted the middle section gloss black between the upper and lower grills and stuck a bowtie emblem in the middle of the bumper, you can make the 5th gen style bumper look somewhat similar to the '19 style bumper you like.
It might be the only way to go since I've never seen a '19 style 6th gen SS bumper update for the 5th gen, just the 6th gen ZL1 style front bumper. |

The shape of the hoods are completely different. Can't imagine how it could be done.

Anything is possible with enough money! But like others have said, hood is different, lights are different, etc. It would cost a lot to fit a 6th gen front bumper on the car and it won't be perfect. You're better off without it if you don't want to deal with fitment problems.
